By accessing or using MailYogi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Service Description

MailYogi provides free email address verification services including syntax validation, domain verification, MX record checking, SMTP validation, and disposable email detection. The service is provided 'as is' without warranties.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use MailYogi only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

Attempting to bypass rate limits or security measures
Using the service for spamming or unsolicited marketing
Scraping, harvesting, or automated bulk verification without permission
Attempting to compromise service security or infrastructure
Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Rate Limiting

We implement rate limiting (100 verifications per hour per IP) to prevent abuse and ensure fair access. Excessive use may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions. For higher volume needs, contact us for bulk verification or API access.

Service Accuracy

While we strive for high accuracy (95%+), email verification is not 100% guaranteed. Factors beyond our control (mail server configurations, temporary outages, rate limiting) may affect results. We do not guarantee email deliverability.

Limitation of Liability

MailYogi and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to email deliverability issues, data loss, or service interruptions. Maximum liability is limited to $100 USD.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on MailYogi are owned by AppsYogi or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MailYogi at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or engaging in abusive behavior.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
